Our Initiatives
Heart Wellness and Lifestyle
We would like to explore how lifestyle habits, such as exercise and diet, impact heart health and overall well-being.
We aim to understand the connection between heart rhythm and academic performance in young adults aged 18-28, as well as the effects of mild obesity on physical and emotional health in adults aged 40-60.
Through personalized participation, we try to improve quality of life for both age groups.
For students
18 – 24
For adults
40 – 60
Why Heart Health Matters for Students
A correct heart rhythm is crucial for both physical and psychological wellness, significantly impacting a student’s academic performance. An irregular heart rhythm can cause discomfort and anxiety, leading to difficulties with concentration and overall academic performance.
Heart Rhythm and Learning
We are exploring the relationship between regular sports exercise and heart rhythm, academic performance, and stress levels. We believe that maintaining a steady and healthy heart rhythm can reduce stress, enhance focus, and create a better learning process.
Interested in Joining the Study?
We’re looking for students between the ages of 18-28 who are willing to participate in a project focusing on heart rhythm and academic performance. You will be engaged in regular exercise once a week for one month.
The Importance of Healthy Weight
Maintaining a healthy weight is crucial for overall physical and psychological wellness. Mild obesity can lead to joint pain, fatigue, and reduced mobility, while emotional stress can cause anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
Weight Management
We are exploring how easy-to-follow dietary changes can help adults between the ages of 40-60 in managing their weight and improve their physical health and emotional well-being.
Interested in Joining the Study?
If you are experiencing with mild obesity and have physical or emotional discomfort, you may be eligible to participate. Participants will adopt easy-to-follow dietary habits over the course of one month.
